iPDA is an ingenious little tool that literally turns your iPod into a full-fledged PDA. The application allows you to sync and transfer all your information from your Mac to your iPod. Contacts, emails, notes documents - iPDA takes care of everything. Syncing via Entourage is particularly easy, and the application also handles data from Apple applications such as Mail, Stickies, Address Book, and iCal.
In addition to syncing personal information, iPDA also allows you to add additional information found on the internet, such as maps, news, and weather conditions, to your iPod. The interface is user-friendly, making it easy to select what to sync and start the transfer. iPDA can also create backups of your data to ensure you don't lose it.
However, one downside is that transferring can be a bit slow at times. It's also worth noting that the shareware version of iPDA is limited to only six transfers of all your information. So if you plan on using it extensively, you may need to consider purchasing the full version.
