Free Tool for Designers
Figma is a special tool that has been created for web workers and web designers. Unlike similar tools on the market such as Sketch, the main advantage is that it allows designers to collaborate with their colleagues in real time to provide an effective solution for those who are working as part of a team but don’t want to have to stay in the office to get the job done.
Another advantage of Figma over the competition is that the platform is extremely stable and is able to keep data secure so that it can only be viewed by those who have been granted permission. Once certain tasks have been completed using the tool, designers can easily share what they have done through file sharing, while drafts can also be viewed so that other workers can see what path you are following and make comments and suggestions as they see fit. This essentially provides a single place where work can be completed and shared.
The fact that it is free and the number of tools that Figma comes packed with means that it is worth designers taking it for a spin to see if it will be the perfect fit to meet their needs. However, people who are happy using Sketch are likely to find that this tool is slightly superior to Figma, at least for the time being.
