Elmer: Study for your radio exams

Radio technicians can now prepare for their radio exams with Elmer. The program offers two test levels, technician and general. Users can view their exam and question history at any time and even grade their exam before finishing it to ensure they have the correct answers.
However, there are a few drawbacks to consider. Firstly, there is no startup window to guide users through the program. Additionally, all the help and instructions are only available in PDF files, which can be inconvenient for some users.
Another issue is that it is unclear whether the tests provided by Elmer are up to date. Furthermore, the program lacks any explanation for the technical figures it provides. Similarly, it does not provide explanations for the correct answers to questions.
Despite these shortcomings, Elmer can still be a helpful tool for radio experts looking to prepare for their exams. While the interface may be sparse and lacking in guidance, it offers some assistance to those studying for their radio exams.
