Point-and-click gameplay
Unlike classic top-down or side-scrolling fantasy platforms, Magic Research focuses more on text input from the end user. It mimics many of the games associated with DOS platforms and similar franchises from the 1980s.
The role of a headmaster
Users will play as the headmaster of a magical school. The main goal is to learn about spells, acquire "mana," and teach other students so that the institution wins first prize at the annual "Tournament of Magic." There are likewise many surprises to uncover as one progresses.
Tangled storylines
The outcome of this game will depend on the choices that the player makes. There are more than six different plots to discover, and once a path has been chosen, the entire storyline will become irrevocably changed. Simply stated, a certain amount of strategy will need to be employed.
Casual yet addictive gameplay
With over 40 hours of exciting discoveries, Magic Research boasts a nice combination of relaxing entertainment and immersive narrative-driven gameplay. Those who enjoy other platforms that require a fair amount of user input, such as Pocket Monster: Duel APK, should take a closer look.
