The game is a part of the Railway Japan! Series and offers a realistic experience of operating high-speed express and limited express trains. The game has a route length of 37.6km from Meitetsu Gifu to Jingū-mae on the Nagoya Line.

The game features a reproduction of the operator's seat of the Meitetsu Express 3500 Series and presents a realistic experience of operating a train in the suburbs with real images and sounds. The game offers a professional train operating experience with the help of an Operating Monitor on the right side of the screen.
