Angry Birds Fight! was an iPhone application game, which was the second release in the Angry Birds franchise and was the third installment in the series. The game has a single screen, allowing for a great level of interactivity between players. The game was co developed by Rovio Entertainment and itchsoft Inc.
The story of Angry Birds Fight! revolves around a boy named Diego, who dreams of becoming a fighter like his favorite heroes in the cartoon. To do so he must first complete the game's various challenges before being able to unlock special features of the control panel. Once the full control panel is unlocked, a screen is displayed detailing the various fights that can be taken place against any of the competing birds using the special controls. These include using a variety of weapons and items, and also flying through the opponents and hitting them with objects such as rocks or blocks.
The new game does feature some puzzle elements as well, though it is quite different from the puzzle games we have become accustomed to. In Angry Birds Fight! the objective is to save the beautiful princess, perched on top of a mountain, from her greedy and cruel husband, who has plans to run the bird kingdom for his own personal gain. Along the way Diego must avoid the many hazards that are thrown your way, including poisonous snakes, traps, spikes and more. With a number of Angry Birds thrown in for good measure you must make sure that you save this lovely girl and beat the total levels of the game before time runs out.
