AAStore is a free app store that lets you quickly and easily download Android Auto apps to your mobile device. Unlike Google Play and AZ App Store, these applications are limited to use in vehicles with the required software. If any files are incompatible with your car, downloading them will be pointless.
Also, you need to note that you can only download the Android Auto files to your phone. AAStore doesn’t allow you to install them from your mobile device or even manage the software. If you want to use them on your car’s software, you’ll need a different third-party app to transfer them from your phone to the vehicle software before installing them.
Download Android Auto apps
Some modern vehicles have tablet displays with software that lets you listen to music or navigate foreign roads. While they allow you to check for new apps and install them in your vehicle, AAStore will enable you to do so from your phone. The built-in user interface lets you quickly download any applications you need or want.
Mobile store browser
Once you’ve installed AAStore on your Android phone, you can browse the available Android Auto apps for your vehicle’s software. It has an easy-to-use interface with a search function, or you can simply browse. When you’ve found the ones you want, select them and download them to your phone.
Only downloading, no installing
The only downside is that AAStore only lets you download the apps to your phone. Don’t expect it to install the apps from your phone to your car. For that, you’ll need other software to transfer and install them in your vehicle.
Limited use, but useful nonetheless
Since AAStore only works with Android Auto apps, its offers are limited. Also, you must remember that not all applications work on all types of vehicle software. It may become frustrating if you spend hours downloading apps just to discover none are compatible.
Still, it’s a handy app for those instances where it does work, and you can’t download directly to your vehicle’s software.
