Wineskin Winery allows users of the OS X Tiger to run Mac-specific applications like Office on their systems. There are many reasons why a person would need to use a product like this. The Wineskin Winery code also enables the user to launch programs like Photoshop, Corel Draw, and others that require cocoa. It's not always a smooth experience launching these applications from Tiger considering the lack of standard symbols and commands on the screen, but it can be done if you're familiar with the shortcuts provided.
