ProCom is a free Android application developed by Olympia that allows users to conveniently control their Protect alarm system using their smartphone. With ProCom, users have access to various functions such as Alarm mode, Inactive mode, At Home mode, Silent mode, Room Monitoring mode, and Speakerphone mode. This app provides a user-friendly interface for managing the alarm system settings and features.
To utilize the voice call feature on the alarm system's base unit, users need to first enter a phone number and PIN of the key lock in the base unit. This can be easily done by accessing the Settings button within the app's interface. Users can then input the phone number associated with the SIM card inserted in the base unit, as well as the PIN number for the key lock. After confirming the entries, users can take advantage of the voice call feature.
