How Does the Windows Performanceeter XP Test Work?

This past week I have been looking at some of the Windows Performanceeter tool that I have been finding to be very useful and interesting. The main thing that I have been finding is that there is no other tool that can get a CPU and Vista faster than PES. Lets talk about this for second shall we?
Most people are like me and use their computers every day for work and pleasure. My testing has shown that over 97% of my total computer's system resources are being used by Vista. That is just crazy to me that my CPU is probably being hogged by Vista. So, I started looking for a way to get my CPU usage down a bit but not to the point where my game time would be cut in half.
After looking around for a while I realized that the problem with my PC was my registry. After messing around with some settings and files it seemed like a perfect match so I ran the PES test on my test machine. The first thing that the PES showed me was that my PC was not able to process voice commands at a fast rate. This turned out to be good because it means that my PC can now run voice commands much better. So, if you have some time to give your PC a performance tune up then go ahead and do so. I am sure you will be very happy with the results.
