Mountain Climb is a stunt/adventure game developed and published by Silex Software for the Motorola DROID. It's one of the few Android apps of its kind that are truly stunt-based, as well as having good physics and realistic climbing elements. The game features a stunt called Climb the Mountain, where you'll need to save your mother from the clutches of a group of kidnappers. You'll have to scale a large mountain, avoid obstacles and puzzles, and use various gadgets and tools in order to reach the end.
There are two versions of Mountain Climb, one that comes with the Android Market, and the other which can be downloaded directly from the Google Play Store (the latter being the "full" version). The former features an array of stunt and adventure sequences, while the latter offers more traditional platform-style game play. However, there are a few differences between the two. The Mountain Climb Pro version, which can be purchased from the Android Market, comes with an assortment of pre-designed levels, as well as the ability to personalize some of them. On the other hand, the free version only has a few levels (out of a total of fifty) pre-designed.
Mountain Climb is available for both Android phones and PCs. The PC version can be downloaded from the Android Market and can also be used as a stand-alone PC game. Using an android emulator, you can test your skills on high-definition screens, compare performance between different computers, take a peek at screen shots, and even check out video documentation. If you're looking to download a free version of Mountain Climb, you can visit the Google Play Store's download page. You may also find this game at other places, including Amazon, Mobile, Yahoo, Play dotcom, Shopango, and Mobiles4less.
