Marvel Future Fight is an ultra-action-packed superhero-themed smartphone application created by Netmarble Games Inc and is linked to Marvel Entertainment from Marvel Comics under license from Marvel Studios. It features a variety of original themes, including the franchise, Spiderman Ultimate, Fantastic Four, and many more. As of this writing, it can be downloaded from the Android Market for free, though additional in-app purchases are also available. You can also try the free trial version for a period of time if you want to test the waters before you decide to purchase.
As in any first open world up, you start off by picking a hero and then progressing through episodes wherein you use said hero's skills to do battle against the numerous villains that infest the world. Each episode is full of a wide array of Marvel Super Heroes and their nemeses, which are also very well illustrated in a visually stimulating manner. The fighting is very intense, as each enemy has exceptional attack patterns that can really get you confused on what your next move should be. You will also be given the opportunity to learn about several Marvel teams such as the X-Men, Fantastic Four, Spiderman, and the Avengers whose members consist of each of these categories (plus many more), and which have special weapons and abilities to complement their fighting styles. Additionally, each episode comes complete with cut-scenes recapping each action and adding various comic book sound clips, as well as a storyboard that guides you through the action-filled episodes.
Based upon the popular Marvel comics, Marvel Future Fight follows the adventures of the last remnant of the original Marvel heroes, Antman. Although he lost most of his memory during the death of his wife, he was able to rebuild his body and use his heightened skills to put an end to villains once and for all. If you loved the classic stories about this pulp hero, then you'll love the exciting life simulator game that revives this popular concept. Marvel Future Fight promises a lot of laughs, and hopefully the new games from Marvel will continue to entertain players long after the current season ends.
