Mahishasuramardini Stotram (Aigiri Nandini) is a collection of twenty stanzas written by Sri Adi Shankaracharya in praise of Goddess Durga, describing the way She destroyed many demons (human ego). The Mahishasuramardini Stotram app, developed by ThirdEye Apps, is a part of the NityaŚlokas collection and aims to make learning traditional slokas easier for both children and adults.
This app offers two optional modes: Learning mode and Listening mode with play 'Once' or 'Repeat' options. Additionally, the app provides verses in six different languages including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Devanagari (Hindi), and Roman (Transliteration). The app also features embedded audio for all verses, making it convenient for users to listen and learn without an internet connection. Furthermore, the app has an easy navigation system for different verses and provides meanings for every verse in the learning mode. The app is available for free, but users can support the development of similar apps by making an in-app purchase. This purchase disables ads that are otherwise served in the free version.
