IQMapReceiver: A Tool to Send Tracks and Waypoints to Garmin Devices
Screenshots
IQMapReceiver is a free Android app developed by SchluppSoft that allows users to send tracks and waypoints to a Garmin device (Fenix, Epix, Edge) through the Garmin Connect Mobile Connect IQ platform via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. Users can provide data from any GPX file or mapping application such as OSMAnd+ and Google Maps locations, and then tap on a map location to create a route with interim goals.
The app allows users to adjust namings and then share the data. When possible, a course (track, blue) and a location file (red, waypoints) is created by the app. Users can then open the IQMapReceiver app and remove elements by side swipe or customize coursepoint or waypoint icons. Afterward, they can press start or menu on the Garmin companion app/widget to browse the files list.
