FXossibility - Equalizer, Compressor, and other Windows optimized software effects
FxSound by itself does nothing more than add an external sound card to your computer and it does this extremely well. FXSound however, does much more than this; it has been created to offer advanced technology to all users of computers, regardless of what operating system they use. You should always take the time to check out any software or program before you decide to purchase it. It should be noted that FxSound will not work with any programs or applications that are based on Windows vista or below. FxSound will also not work with any other type of sound card that is based on Vista. You need to have a certain version of Windows in order to use FxSound with this application.
One of the best features of FxSound that I have come across is its utility in the task bar notification support. Many programs such as Skype for example will notify you about upcoming chat sessions or even video conferences and this functionality has been replicated in FxSound as well. This means that if you have internet at home but you don't want to be online constantly then you can still use FxSound and still keep up to date with what's going on at home or at work. There are no additional instances in which you would want to use internet-based programs that constantly send you emails or notifications in the middle of a work or school day.
Another great feature of FxSound that comes as standard is the ability to automatically gain playback devices. What this means is that if you plug in a new device into any of your output devices that FxSound supports then it will automatically play it's associated track. If you ever need to switch out different devices or plug in something that isn't supported then you will find this feature extremely useful. All you need to do is click on "FXptions" found within the main menu tab and you will gain access to all sorts of useful playback devices.
