Fugel is a dynamic motorbike racing game that was developed by Asobo Studio, an Italian development house, and released by Codemasters in 2021 for various versions of the Xbox, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. The game is developed using the Olli2 Games technology, which allows you to fully interact with the characters in the game. For example, you can shift gears in order to increase your speed and reduce fuel consumption. Likewise, you can also brake in order to slow down your bike and increase gas consumption. You can also shift gears in between races in order to choose the best bike for each race.
In the fuel there are many challenges you can encounter while playing the game. For example, you will find out that you are in a cut off position when you hit a wall in the track. The only way you can go is left or right to re-cross the track without hitting any obstacles or other racers on the track. Another challenge you might face is that your fuel level runs low in the middle of a race due to low fuel capacity of your bike. To add more fun to the game, you can also purchase new bikes for the characters as the levels progress.
As you can see, FUEL is a unique release from Codemasters that has taken racing to another level with its amazing graphics and sound effects. FUEL uses the Olli2 Engine that is found in other top motorcycle games such as Mad Motor Cycle and the Tony Hawk series. Due to its open format of the game, players who do not like a bit of confinement when it comes to the control of their bikes can also enjoy FUEL as it contains enough flexibility for players to truly enjoy it. The game is available for free on Xbox Live Arcade, but users who have purchased the actual game are required to join a gaming community to be able to download the FUEL demo version of their choice.
