How to Fix an AutoSizer Application That Won't Load

Need to use a free Windows Registry cleaner? Check out my troubleshooting steps below. First try to use the standard Windows Registry tools, they don't always work correctly and can be a big hassle. Tried all the workarounds most often recommended for this very common Win 7 issues but none seemed to work.
Then finally tried contacting SouthBayPC via their e-mail address but the reply to their corporate phone number doesn't even work and their support page doesn't even work. They answer by email only and give no information on how to proceed. At this point I knew this was going to be a big waste of time so I uninstalled the autoSizer application and moved on.
After doing my research I discovered that this problem is caused by the windows registry. The app enables you to drag and drop files from your desktop to your SD card. When first installing the app, you should click the "select save tab" icon which will take you to your desktop and enable you to drag and drop files from your computer to your SD card. This is what causes your computer to think there is a file missing when in actuality there is. Once your SD card is connected click "select save" again, choose the path of the file you want to put into your SD card and follow the wizard to put that file into the SD card. Now your computer thinks there is a file missing and it will not load your autosizer application.
