Legendary Tales is an adventure and puzzle game developed by Five-BN Games and available for free on Android. This game invites you to a dark and mysterious world populated by magical creatures like witches and werewolves. It’s a hidden object game which also features puzzles and mini-games you must complete to progress in the narration.

Story
You play as Lucia, an orphan girl whose brother gets abducted by witches because he’s a werewolf. You explore this world looking for your lost brother. It’s a simple story, but it’s only an excuse to let you discover dangerous and fascinating places and make new allies and enemies along the way. The game borrows heavily from Grimm’s tales to depict a sombre world, and it does it perfectly, thanks to the gorgeous illustrations.
Gameplay
The main game is a point-and-click. There will be objects you can collect and use to progress, like taking water from a well to give it to a horse and riding it, for instance. Some objects can be inspected and modified to suit the situation.
Sometimes, you won’t be able to progress because a door is locked or a character wants you to solve a puzzle. In this case, you’ll have to backtrack to find hints and beat the puzzle. If you get stuck, you can ask for a hint, which lets you know where to go next.
Sounds & graphics
Legendary Tales opens up with a 3D cinematic to set the premises. Once in-game, you’ll see 2D illustrations to represent the world with 3D elements to make it more dynamic. However, the most immersive aspect is the sound, as the game is fully voiced, and the score fits perfectly the tone à la The Witcher.
