iData: Catalog and Organize Any Kind of Information

For those who like to catalog and organize their information, iData is a flexible solution that can catalog just about anything you can think of. iData works as a freeform database that allows you to define the data fields, making it perfect for keeping track of miscellaneous information, random lists, and anything that you haven't found a place for in other database applications. It can save images and blocks of text, print labels and envelopes, and even dial phone numbers and email items, although these latter features may not be necessary for most users.

To open a new database, simply select File and New Datafile. You'll be prompted to define a save location and the fields you want your database to include. Once that's done, you can enter text freely or use the toolbar to enter links, images, and more. iData has a basic and simple interface, but it is effective in its functionality. In the preferences, you can select the Special tab to synchronize iData with external backup drives or your WiFi connections.

Overall, iData is a simple, easy-to-use, and flexible tool for creating basic databases. It is suitable for individuals who need to catalog and organize various types of information.
