Air Force PT Test - Fitness Test Scores Made Easy
Screenshots
The Air Force PT Test App, developed by Vandersoft, is a free application for Android users who need a quick and easy solution to calculate fitness test scores. This app is specifically designed for the USAF service member and assists in calculating scores for the four areas of fitness testing: aerobic (running), body-composition, push-ups, and crunches (sit-ups). The app provides a comprehensive guide to the Air Force Fitness Program, which assesses a service member's fitness based on age, gender, body measurements, number of repetitions, or elapsed time.
The Aerobic Fitness test is a one and a-half mile timed run, and the Body Composition (tape test) score is determined by measuring the abdominal circumference. Push-ups are done in a one-minute time period, and the crunches test score is based on the number of repetitions counted during one minute. The Air Force PT Test App provides full support for alternative cardio events, elevation, and exceptions. Users can log their PT/BCA scores to visualize their progress with graphs. It's important to note that although the app makes every possible effort to match the official USAF standards, it is not official. Users should always consult an updated AFI when in doubt.
