Free Racing game for Android

Wreckfest is a racing game for Android by developer HandyGames. However, this is unlike other racing games, such as Race Master 3D - Car Racing or CSR Racing 2 or any other regular car games. Wreckfest is a demolition derby game, which means car destruction is involved.
The game has a physics system to make it all more realistic. But it’s not only about destroying your opponents; there are also more traditional races and special events. There’s an enormous variety of cars and customisations and even a career system where you earn points and unlock new parts to upgrade your cars.
Amazing graphics
The graphics on Wreckfest are a sight to behold. Even though this is a port from more powerful systems such as PC and consoles, cars are incredibly detailed, as are the tracks. There are many details in the loose parts and the audience; even the scenery catches your eye.
Unfortunately, not all phones can handle the highest graphics settings. However, the game has lots of options to adjust visual details. These aim to preserve battery life and make the game playable on most Android devices.
Top-notch physics system
The main feature of Wreckfest is its physics system. What the developer has achieved with this game is nothing short of spectacular. Cars can be damaged from every angle, but this isn’t just a cosmetic issue: how a car gets damaged changes its manoeuvrability, and the pieces rain all over the track, becoming a hazard for other drivers.
That’s not all. Environments are also destructible, so you can’t simply crash against a wall to correct your course. Fences, tyres, and any other barriers are part of the action, so you must be careful with what you do.
Pocket-sized fun for all
Wreckfest is a great game for demolition derby fans, and boasts a 5-stars rating from many players. This is partly thanks to its incredible graphics and excellent physics system, but there’s a crucial extra point: it’s a whole lot of fun. Even with its realistic systems, it sometimes becomes hilarious and keeps you coming back for more.
The only grumble is that there are some graphical bugs in some systems, especially when using high settings. Hopefully, these issues will be sorted out sooner rather than later, but overall it works well when lowering your visual settings.
