My Palava is a free Android app developed by IBM for Palava residents. This app provides residents with a variety of features to help them stay connected with PCMA and the community. Users can create and track their 311 service requests and reports, register for upcoming events and classes, find key contacts, and receive the latest notifications from PCMA office and clubhouses. Additionally, the app allows users to contact Palava command center in case of an emergency.
To access My Palava, residents need to fill out their KYC details on the myPalava.org website. Once completed, users will receive their login credentials via email. After downloading the app from Google Play Store, users can enter their login credentials to access all of the features offered by the app. If users face any issues during this process, they can visit the KYC helpdesks set up at various locations in Palava or visit the PCMA office for assistance.
