You can use peashooters, wall-nuts, cherry bombs and more to turn to mulch, the 26 types of zombies before they can reach your front door. Each zombie has its own special skills, so you'll need to think fast and plant faster to combat them all. You have to be careful as you only have a limited supply of greens and seeds to battle the enemy. You also have obstacles like a setting sun, creeping fog and a swimming pool, which all add to the challenge. Plants vs. Zombies Game Of The Year Edition is an engaging game that can be addictive and there are tons of levels for you to work at. The downside is that the free trial period is very short. The game has a good introduction as you can jump right into playing and the app walks you through a few of the levels. The graphics are cartoony, but detailed and fun to watch; almost every element of the game is moving almost all the time. The sound fits the game-play and sets the tone.
