Copper Odyssey is a fantastic art based RPG game by developer CAM. The storyline is interesting and the game as a whole has a sort of anime look and feel to it. The in-game experience can also at times be compared to Pacman but a little more complex.
So what is this RPG game, similar to fellow RPG game Genshin Impact, actually about? In finals week, four unique thieves go into the print studio and loot pretty much all the supplies which is a huge mess now because no one can get any work done.
More on the storyline
As stated above, the game starts off in finals week whereby the printing studio is looted thoroughly. This is a huge problem as all the students depend on the printing studio and the supplies within the studio.
Getting back the printing supplies by any means necessary is key as they are the elixir to life in this game and are needed so that the students can keep working. The ‘Monitor’, is the character which you play as.
The Monitor is responsible for many things, specifically maintaining peace, law and order. Additionally, The Monitor is largely responsible for getting the supplies back along with some other characters.
The Monitor can decide if he wants these other characters, his three friends, to help him or not. The three friends are as follows: Bad Girl, Mr Woodcut, and Miss Gun, all of which can be called on upon at any time.
4 bosses to be defeated
In Copper Odyssey, you will need to defeat four tough opponents, known colloquially as bosses. The bosses can be found in various rooms and places throughout the Pint Studio. They need to be defeated, so make sure they get kicked out.
The type of combat used in Copper Odyssey is a standard form of combat called ‘Turn based Combat’ that makes use of the ‘Press Turn System’ which is ultimately made by Yami.
Getting around in this game is fun thanks to the numerous small and fun routes. Staying strong and respecting the raft will bring you guaranteed success.
Fantastic + artsy RPG game
Copper Odyssey is a very well put together game with a fantastic art design to bring it all together. You, the ‘Monitor’ and three other friends try to get the printing supplies back from the thieves while training to maintain order in the printing studio.
