Developed by Korean game developer skeinglobe, Brawl Busters sees players take on the roll of an unlikely hero: Sonic the Hedgehog! In this 2D Sonic-animated platform game, players take on the roll of the famous hedgehog as he tries to stop Dr. Eggia from taking over the world. At the beginning of the game, you get to select one of many hedgehog Spinies that Eggia has created. These Spinies have special abilities such as boosting, bouncing, and wall running that lets them easily clear obstacles or swing around corners. There are also mini-games to play during your adventure through the game as well. These include the classic boxing match, wrestling match, and even Egg Race, where you must find all the objects in the race course while protecting the Spinies from Dr. Eggia's nasty robots!

Once you have selected your hedgehog, the game will help you master each of his abilities so that you can use him in a number of different ways, including the brawling action combat and multi-player split-screen mode. In multiplayer mode, two players can battle it out in 2D arenas to see who has the better strategy by controlling different character classes. Different Spinies have different attack patterns, and you'll find yourself using your hedgehog in all sorts of ways, including the classic punch and kick combo, as well as a side uppercut, roundhouse kick, back fist combo, as well as Dodge and counter strikes. If you want to go it alone in single player mode, you can do so with the stickman characters that are available. Each character has a unique move set and special attack, and they can be customized with colors that will blend in with the rest of the colorful background scenery.

In addition to the single player and multiplayer modes, there is an exciting gallery of custom animations for the various character classes. The gallery is easy to access, and the videos are clear and easy to understand. The user-friendly controls and fast game play to create a great online gaming experience that any Wii fan will enjoy.
