Vadodara Gas Limited (VGL) is a free Android application developed by VADODARA GAS LIMITED. It is categorized under the "Office & News" category. VGL is a joint venture company between GAIL Gas Limited and Vadodara Mahanagar Seva Sadan (VMSS) with the primary objective of distributing city gas in Vadodara and its adjoining areas.
VGL operates nine Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) stations catering to the automobile sector, as well as a Piped Natural Gas (PNG) network that supplies PNG to domestic and commercial sectors. The company has plans to expand its CNG distribution network by adding three mother stations and six online stations in the next five years, along with laying a steel pipeline network of about 50 km. Additionally, VGL aims to supply PNG to an additional 500,000 domestic, 2,000 commercial, and about 1,000 industrial consumers in the next five years by laying approximately 700 km of PE Pipeline Distribution Network.
With a total capital expenditure of around Rs. 350 crore in the first five years, VGL is committed to fulfilling the city gas requirement in Vadodara on a fast track basis. The joint venture between GAIL Gas Limited and VMSS ensures a dedicated thrust for CGD activities and efficient completion of projects.
