A handy, reliable health care app for keeping track of your own medication and for the ones in your care. It makes a great app for your family to have handy at all times, and is a useful tool for the elderly as well. The TerryWhite Chemmart App will remind you to take your medication on time and help you get on top of your medications by alerting you to any changes. It will also alert you when your medication is running low and help you get it in hand with the 'Fill-Up' feature. You can also save up to 10 scripts in the Carer Mode® feature, so you won't have to order a new prescription when you're out of medication. If you have no idea what to take, it will allow you to pick a medication from your list and create a new prescription for the first time you're running low. It will also remind you to have the necessary medication on hand in the Carer Mode® feature. The 'Snap-n-Send' feature allows you to send a photo of your prescription for ease of handing it in, and also allows you to alert others to let them know that you're out of medication. Carers can set their own medication reminders in the 'Carer Mode'.
