Shining Nikki is the latest release from the talented folks over at Jellyjam, and boy am I impressed. This is the ultimate collection of 3D Android icons in the style of royalty, from Thai Prince Charming, to French Madame and many others. Plus, each icon is rendered in full high-definition (with optimal texture mapping), using the most accurate rendering techniques to bring you the most realistic figurines possible.
The story of Shining Nikki revolves around two friends who are desperately trying to save their own planet from extinction. As you can imagine, as you follow their plight on the ground, you'll be amazed by the detail of each scene-even the smallest grass blades, pebbles, and birds' feet. Shining Nikki is their first taste of what will become the next big Android icon, and I can't wait to see what they can accomplish. Many of the designs were done by the world-famous illustrator, Gabriel Dishaw. Plus, Jellyjam's Android icons have a truly unique style, blending in well with the rest of the artwork on the app.
While many other Android icons have been released in the past, most have come from very low quality. This is why Jellyjam did such a great job with Shining Nikki, creating icons that are both unique and beautiful. These will certainly become some of the most popular icons out there, and it's a very smart move for Jellyjam to introduce such a diverse range of styles in their next app.
