Reeder syncs either manually or automatically with Google Reader and offers the same readability.com integration, customizable interface, and gestures as the iOS version. You can easily send marked items instantly to Instapaper, ReadItLater, Readability, and post them to Twitter.
To get started, you will need a free Google Reader account. Once you sign-in, all of your feeds will be automatically collated by Reeder. Whether you're used to using RSS feeds or the web version of Google Reader, Reeder offers a much slicker and intuitive application. However, it is worth noting that a multi-touch trackpad is recommended for the best user experience.
