Hohokum, developed by Honeyslug and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment, is an adventure platformer game available for Windows. The game features an unknown creature called Long Mover, which the player navigates through different-colored minimalistic objects and NPCs in 17 different worlds that have no connection to each other. The game has no narrative or instructions, but it compensates with goals to complete in each world, including waking up the creature by tickling its eyes.
The game emphasizes exploration and creativity, allowing players to move freely through the worlds and interact with NPCs through back-riding mechanics. The player can only control the speed of Long Mover, but the locals who ride the player's back provide information about goals and secondary tasks. The game also features multiple primary and secondary tasks in each world, and completing them all leads to the end of the gameplay. However, the game can still be played after the credits roll.
