- Added DScaler5 MPEG-1/2 decoder [version 0.0.8.0]
- Merged all DVD and MPEG decoders into one section. A few of them will probably be removed in the near future

- Removed Matrix Mixer. Both AC3Filter and ffdshow offer similar functionality
- Improved Codec Tweak Tool
- Minor changes
