Unofficial Application for Brazil's Tide Tables
Screenshots
Since 2010, the tide tables for Brazil have been in a state of constant change and instability, which has never been resolved by the two major governmental agencies that provide the service (the Brazilian Navy and CPTEC/INPE). While they have been offering an unofficial API to provide this data for 3 years, this is an unofficial application developed by the author for all mobile devices.
This application has been developed in order to provide an alternative service to users who don't want to wait for updates. It offers the same service as the official websites and provides access to the most up-to-date data for each of the sites (The Brazilian Navy, CPTEC/INPE, IBAMA, Ibama/BAP).
How does it work?
In order to obtain these data, the application requires a connection to the Internet, so please ensure you have a good Internet connection, and a compatible device. In addition, you will need a browser in order to view the data, in this case the most common browsers are Safari, Chrome, and Firefox, as well as Microsoft Edge and IE.
After installing the application, select the data you want to view, and then select the correct URL. This application requires the creation of a web browser window, so you may need to enter the URL using the "Open in Safari" or "Open in Chrome" option, or manually enter the web browser URL in the text field.
