Race on endless tracks in this train simulator for Android. Unlike other sim games, Indian Train Racing has a multiplayer mode. Its graphics are outstanding but can’t be customised. The biggest downside to this app is how much RAM it consumes.
Endless mode
This app puts a twist in the traditional format of racing games. The alternating track patterns communicate an objective of manoeuvre. Knowing when to stop or when to signal and turn is how you beat other players. The levels become more difficult as you progress in your missions.
One of the most surprising things about this app is that is doesn’t offer any settings. There isn’t an option to adjust the resolution or controls management. You can change camera perspectives, but that’s about the extent of customisation. That means that if your device cannot handle the graphics, you won’t be able to play.
Taxing on some devices
The amount of resources consumed by this game is as concerning as its lack of options. If you install this programme on an older device, be sure to take frequent breaks to prevent overheating. Even then, you’re looking at about 250MB of memory per hour.
Easy controls
You only need to worry about three buttons when racing on the tracks. The timing you push these buttons is what makes it challenging. The game isn’t all about speed, so if you’re a fast pace type of player, this might not be for you.
