PMSMA App - Providing Free Antenatal Services
PMSMA App is an Android platform developed by the National Health Portal-MoHFW under the category of Lifestyle and subcategory of Health & Fitness. The application aims to support and engage volunteers in the Pradhan Mantri Surakshit Matritva Abhiyan Programme. It provides a registration avenue for private sector, voluntary sector, and retired obstetricians, radiologists, and physicians willing to provide free antenatal services to pregnant women at Government Health Facilities on the 9th of every month.
This app also offers a platform for feedback and creative suggestions from registered volunteers. PMSMA App is a free application that brings together volunteers and pregnant women in need of antenatal services. It is easy to use and helps in expanding the reach of such services to women who need it the most.
