A home improvement simulation game
Screenshots
House Flipper is a simulation that has the player purchasing property, renovating and redecorating it, and selling it for a higher price. It features surprisingly in-depth gameplay with a variety of tasks revolving around house tasks.
A creative sandbox
The game starts quite engagingly, putting you in an old, beat-up office and on a small budget. From the start, the House Flipper shows you how to clean things and how satisfying it may be.
Due to the limiting starting budget, you can't buy a house right away, so you first take jobs of redecorating others. Here, the game also introduces you to clients and their various requests, for which you negotiate the price.
Gradual increase
House Flipper increases the complexity of the jobs as you progress to the game. It also awards you skill points that you spend on upgrading your powers.
The majority of the gameplay consists of hard work and creativity, as the selection of furniture, appliances, and paint gives you a lot of freedom.
Graphics and design
It is evident that developers focused the most on the very buildings in the game. Otherwise, the graphics of your hands as you do the work and your clients as you negotiate is low-level.
Price and availability
Note that this isn't a free game. However, you get access to some exciting DLCs for free once you purchase. There are also paid expansions - most notably, the Garden Flipper pack that allows you to take your craft outside.
When it comes to platforms, House Flipper is exceptionally versatile. You may run it on your Windows or Mac PC, Xbox One, PS4, as well as an app on iPhone and Android.
A highly competent simulator
While the cleaning mechanics aren’t as detailed as in Junkyard Simulator or the building as in Another Brick in the Mall, House Flipper brings together the best of various simulations together wonderfully. So, if you decide to become a one-man renovation crew, you’re sure to enjoy it.
