You can download hundreds of different fonts, themed according to almost any theme you want, and use them on your phone without having to modify any codes in the system settings. If you're wondering why you need a developer to change fonts for your device, well this is because Google Play does not allow you to install any downloaded file from websites outside Google. This includes icons, wallpapers and many other things which are installed through third party applications on your device.
