HBF Health is an all-in-one, hassle-free way to manage your health cover. The HBF App allows you to send a claim in a 'snap', keep on top of your extras limits, keep up to date with important documents, and update your details on the go. It’s your policy in your pocket! The app has been redesigned to make it easier and more intuitive to manage your policy with our new features.

When you log in for the first time, you will be asked for your HBF member number and password (your log-in details for myHBF). You’ll then be prompted to set up a PIN, Touch ID, or Face ID for quick, secure access the next time you log in. If you haven’t set up your myHBF access, we can guide you through how by clicking 'I don’t have an account'.
You can buy an HBF Digital Card to keep you covered while your policy is open. The Digital Card gives you access to the myHBF App and your policy, on the go, through your mobile phone. The HBF Digital Card is available at all Kmart and Woolworths stores. You can also buy the Digital Card at our Kmart & Woolworths in-store collections. Once you have purchased an HBF Digital Card, you will need to download the myHBF App from iTunes or Google Play for iOS, Android, or Windows.
