DisneyLife - Watch Movies on the Android is a new service from Disney that enables you to enjoy movies from Disney, including films, tv shows, documentaries and more. The aim of the DisneyLife - Watch Movies on the Android product is to give you access to all the content from the classic Disney movies and to do this for free. If you love Disney, you'll love the service. If you're a movie buff who doesn't yet own a smartphone, the idea should interest you.
There are two ways to get your hands on DisneyLife - Watch Movies on the Android free of charge. Through the free membership you can choose which movies you want to watch and start watching them, or if you want to try the service for a while, the free trial offer lets you burn movies onto disks and play them on your mobile device. When you finish a movie, you can even download it straight onto your phone for free (the trial period runs for a week). After the trial period you'll have to pay for the full version. To be totally honest I'm not sure why Disney would release a product like this for free - it seems like they would make more money if people didn't want to use it.
DisneyLife comes with over forty million movie rentals, so if you have a lot of DVDs lying around that you haven't bought yet, you could be a missing link. The only thing I can think of that would make DisneyLife a better choice is if you already own an iPhone or a tablet, these devices support the motion detection so if you have one of these you will definitely need DisneyLife in addition to your other apps, but this is yet to be confirmed. I'm looking forward to trying DisneyLife though - I've heard great reviews and I'm pretty sure they'll live up to their claims of being your own Dora, Oprah and Disney Princess. If you want to get your video app on as many devices as possible, I suggest looking into Airvideo or Livestream, but DisneyLife is definitely the way to go if you want to have access to over forty million videos.
