SlenderMod for Mac

There have been several attempts to remake the scary viral sensation Slender, but maybe few are as scary as the free game SlenderMod. The developers of SlenderMod intended it to be a simple modification of the original Slender game but ended up creating a complete remake. SlenderMod looks and feels very much like Slender but has been tweaked with new objects such as graveyards, railroads, playgrounds, and scarier sound effects to increase the fear factor.

SlenderMod follows the same principle as Slender - you have to collect 8 creepy pages before Slenderman can incapacitate you. The controls are simple: WASD for movement, mouse for orientation, and left mouse button for picking up notes. SlenderMod offers a few more scenarios like railroads and playgrounds, making it slightly scarier than Slender. However, it would be nice to see a Slender remake that innovates a little bit more on the concept.
