SCSC She-Shuttle: Making Hyderabad Safer and Smarter for Women Employees
SCSC She-Shuttle is a free application designed by the Cyberabad Police and Society for Cyberabad Security Council (SCSC) to ensure the safety and convenience of women employees commuting at regular and odd hours in the IT corridor of Hyderabad. SCSC has been working to integrate traditional transportation systems with smart solutions to create a smart city, a safe city for all, especially women employees. SHE-Shuttles are a step forward towards achieving this goal.
The application provides a registration key (OTP) after successful registration to complete the application configuration. It offers She Shuttle Information Services (SSIS) that provide shuttle timings and expected time of arrival of SHE-Shuttle. Additionally, it offers security services such as tracking and raising alerts, calling police/ambulance/emergency contacts, and messaging Cyberabad Police via WhatsApp. Users can also provide feedback and report issues through the application.
