Rapchat is one of the best and most talked about free applications available on the Android platform. First developed by the artist himself, Rapchat enables users to record their own music beats and share them with other users. Using the popular YM keyword search, one can simply type in whatever they want to rap about and use the built in search options to filter the results. In order to use the application, you need to have an account on Rapipop. The free version is limited to 6 people and can be downloaded from the Google Play Store. Once you have downloaded and installed Rapchat onto your Android device, you will need to go into the "APPS" or application settings and click on" Rapchat."
Upon opening the application there are three main parts to it; a media player, a YM keyword search bot, and a community forum. The media player allows users to listen to their songs through a quality web camera or microphone. The keyword search box allows users to search for words that will interest them and the community forum is where other Rapchat users and Rapcoaches can hang out and discuss various issues.
While this may seem like a fairly simple application, Rapchat can be very useful in many different ways. For instance, a common argument on Rap verses is over which rapper should get credit for a song. Since the song is exclusive to the artist who performed it, no one else can perform it unless they have permission from that artist. By using Rapchat you can bypass this entire process. If you know someone that wants to rap but doesn't have enough time to write a full verse, you can give them the reins by letting them perform the track. In fact, Rapchat has even led some aspiring artists to become well known rappers because of the feedback they get from their followers.
