MAI Mobile: Your One-Stop Shop for Citizen Safety

MAI Mobile is a mobile application that provides citizens with easy access to the services of the Ministry of Internal Administration (MAI) in Portugal. The platform is designed to keep citizens informed about the location of security forces and services, as well as to offer assistance in the event of an emergency.
One of the standout features of MAI Mobile is the "I'm Here!" program, which provides free bracelets to children and adults to help locate them in the event of being lost or disoriented. The program is a partnership between the Public Security Police, the PT Foundation, RFM, and SGMAI, and is a pioneer in Portugal.
Other services available on MAI Mobile include the Safe Summer initiative, which allows citizens to request surveillance of their homes while on vacation, and the SMS Trailer service, which informs citizens of the location of their towed vehicles. With MAI Mobile, citizens can stay informed and feel secure in their daily lives.
