The myGov Access - Code Generator is a free code creator for Android devices. The code that’s generated is used for logging in to your Australian myGov account at my.gov.au. The code generated by this app is a one-time code that can only be used for a single login attempt. Should you wish to log in again at another time, you’ll need to generate a new code with myGov Access - Code Generator.

This app can be used in conjunction with the myGovID app. 

Simple setup

The app is straightforward to set up and start using immediately. Begin by downloading and installing the app on your Android device. The app will only be able to begin generating codes once you’ve completed the setup. 

The first thing that you’ll need to do is accept the Terms and Conditions of the program. You will be asked to set SMS codes as your sign-in backup. Once you do this, your myGov Account sign-in option will automatically change to use codes from this app, rather than an SMS code or secret questions. Finally, your device will also be registered automatically to your myGov sign-in settings.

The app is very easy to use. Once it has been set up correctly, you can start using the app to generate codes that you can use to sign in to your Australian myGov account. To start using the app, all you do is navigate and sign in to your myGov account on my.gov.au. Once logged in, you open the code creator app, automatically generating a six-digit code. Then, input the code into your myGov account to gain access.
