Your Lulu will call you, and together, you can confirm the date and time of the appointment. You will be debited directly from your credit card at the end of the service, and you will receive your invoice. You can also leave an opinion on the service that the Lulu has rendered to you. The app is free to use, and the services cost between 5-20€ per half hour. For the moment, the Lulus are only present in Paris and the surrounding suburbs, but the developers plan to expand the service very quickly.
