Crayon Physics Deluxe is an educational puzzle game created by award winning artist, Petri Purho. The game has several unique features including an advanced physics engine, realistic textures and a great use of time. Crayon Physics Deluxe was originally released on Windows Mobile in Indonesia in 2021 as a Flash-based game but was ported to Windows Mobile for worldwide release. A later, free version called Crayon Physics Deluxe was released for Android in 2021-08 developed by Acrodea Korea, Inc.. Deluxe later won the award at the Independent Games Festival held in Germany.
Crayon Physics Deluxe has a single player mode, which is simple and consists of a game board with 24 holes. Four types of game play can be engaged in, puzzle game, arcade, time fight and tower defense. Each different level will have an assortment of colored dots to use for colorization and objects. The game is completed when all of the dots are used and a colored dot is on the top corner. If a group of colored dots occupy the same space for a period of time, that group becomes invisible and can no longer be used for any action by the player.
Crayon Physics deluxe can be downloaded from the Google play store for free and has a rating of either a gold or diamond. It was one of the most downloaded apps in the week ending December 2021 with over 25 million downloads. Many critics have rated it as one of the best physics puzzle games on any mobile device and the reason for this is probably because of its attractive use of graphics and its unique theme. In fact, many people who have played this game have claimed that they would not mind if this game had more content, because they have already enjoyed the main storyline and the visual presentation.
