Wondershare AllMyTube for Mac is a handy little utility for downloading streaming video from various websites such as Vimeo and YouTube. It is fairly lightweight, easy to use and has some cool features, such as the ability to convert downloaded videos to various device-specific formats.
Adding media to the app is straightforward; you can simply copy and paste the URL into the app. However, you can also browse the Web from the app itself. The advantage of using the integrated browser is if you locate a file you want, just hit the download button right in the browser, and then keep on searching the web.
If you want to send your freshly downloaded and converted files to your mobile device, the app lets you do it wirelessly; just scan the QR code that the app creates to begin the transfer process.
Key Features include:
- Easy to use interface
- Mobile Transfer
- Integrated browser
Wondershare AllMyTube for Mac has an easy to use interface that clearly displays the various tools that you need. At the side of the screen, you are presented with various pieces of information such as how many videos are currently downloading, how many have completed, and how many are currently being converted.
Overall, the app is simple to use, and its interface is clean and free of distractions. The down-side is that the help section is quite hard to locate, as you have to go to the developer’s website and download the manual from there.
