Universal Extractor
Universal Extractor è un programma che fa esattamente quello che dice: estrarre file da qualsiasi tipo di archivio, sia esso un semplice file zip, un programma di installazione (come Wise o NSIS), o anche un pacchetto Windows Installer (.msi). Questa applicazione non intende essere un programma di archiviazione generale. Non sostituirà mai WinRAR, 7-Zip, ecc. Ciò che farà è permettere di estrarre i file da qualsiasi tipo di archivio, indipendentemente dalla fonte, dal metodo di compressione, ecc. La motivazione originale di questo progetto era quella di creare un modo semplice e conveniente per estrarre i file dai pacchetti di installazione, come i pacchetti Inno Setup o Windows Installer, senza tirare su ogni volta una riga di comando.
