Carnal Instinct is an open-world adult RPG developed by Team Carnal Instinct. The game is set in a realm of ancient myth, where the player begins as a slave, imprisoned by fate and the cruelty of others. The game features playable Feline and Draconic races, and as the player's power increases, they can shape their body into humanoid animal deities that ruled Sabu in centuries past or even adopt the primal presence of the ancient gods.

The game features an emphasis on AAA quality visuals and compelling erotic interaction. From vanilla lovemaking to the most extreme carnal desires, the adult features are more than just titillation and are integrated into quests. The game also features Anthro and Human content, catering to a wide range of preferences and desires. Currently, only Female and Futanari characters are supported, with Male characters planned for Q2 2020.
