NTLite Free 32-bit is an app for Windows administrators that allows you to edit Windows installation images, either 'offline' or 'live'. winPenPack is an open source software environment comprised of several portable apps* grouped into suites. With winPenPack, any USB flash drive ceases to be a simple data storage device and becomes a self-contained environment, within which apps and files are integrated together.
