Next up, you are presented with a Find Mailbox window, from here you can choose a drive to search. After the search has completed, you can view the located OST files. You are then presented with six different file formats to choose from; .PST, .MSG, .EML, .RTF, .HTML, and .PDF. Finally, click ‘Browse’ to choose a storage location for your converted file.
